- Organization, implementation and supervision of the School’s teaching affairs;
- Statistics, review, summary and filing of academic administration information;
- Postgraduate admission (including MEM) and undergraduate admission tasks arranged by the university;
- Admission and recruitment of international students;
- Daily academic and student status management for domestic and international students;
- Secretarial work for the School Degree Committee, Teaching Committee and Academic Integrity Committee;
- Preparation and organization of non-degree education programs;
- Alumni liaison, service and fundraising work.
1. Assume overall responsibility for all daily operations of the Teaching Affairs Office.
2. Assist in advancing specialty development, curriculum and textbook construction, teaching reform, and application for Teaching Achievement Awards.
3. Coordinate the formulation and organize the implementation of all types of teaching management plans.
4. Administer academic affairs for undergraduate students.
5. Serve as the Secretary of the College Teaching Committee and the Secretary of the College Teaching Supervision Committee.
6. Complete other work assigned by the college leadership.
1. Take charge of academic affairs for PhD postgraduate students.
2. Undertake qualification assessment of degree programs and various evaluation & inspection tasks.
3. Assist in the revision of postgraduate training programs, teaching reform initiatives, and application for Teaching Achievement Awards.
4. Organize and manage college postgraduate academic forums.
5. Serve as the Secretary of the College Degree Committee.
6. Complete other work assigned by the college leadership.
1. Administer academic affairs for full-time master’s postgraduate students.
2. Assist with qualification assessment of degree programs and various evaluation & inspection tasks.
3. Support the development of postgraduate curricula and teaching textbooks.
4. Provide assistance in the operation and management of postgraduate joint training bases.
5. Complete other work assigned by the college leadership.
